boa12
m00n, yeah may want to do that or or use rc-7 as the additional surrounds & keep the rs-7 as the other side surrounds. i think you're getting ahead of yourself w/ the planning/purchasing vs doing the trial & error system building. i'd hear how the rs-7 on the side along w/ 1 rc-7 as rear surround sounds 1st, then go from there. iow, take it one step at a time w/ actual usage & testing. any good dealer should let you take speaks or equipment home to try out from there. that's what local dealers are best for. just hard to say exactly what works for you w/o some trial & error testing there. 3.5 hrs? I can get from her place to Olympia in an hour. where do you live? south Portland? ------------------ My Home Systems Page
m00n
Ya, I think I have talked myself out of buying any additional surrounds for now. I want to hear the rear channel. Ya about 20 minutes south west of portland. If it takes an hour to get to olympia, I must have under quoted the amount of time to get to portland. I would add on at least 30 more minutes. ------------------ m00nsCinema to be m00ns current toys FRONTS: RF-7 CENTER: RC-7 SURROUNDS: RS-7 SUB: RSW-12 RECEIVER: Harman Kardon AVR 520 DVD: Harman Kardon DVD-50(DD, DTS) VIDEO: InFocus ScreenPlay DLP Projector COMPUTER: ProMedia 4.1 c>Microsoft XBOX with Monster cable for that 5.1 Dolby Digitial surroundc> f>
