Markmcan
We have recently purchased a used Crown DSI4000 amp to connect JBL speakers for a cinema system. It has a two 3-pin detachable Phoenix-type connectors. Our amps are at one end of the theatre and our projector is at the other with a xlr snake between. Is it wise or is it okay to get an adaptor from xlr to the 3 pin phoenix connector? Edited April 8, 2017 by Markmcan
Marvel
Shouldn't be a problem to use a couple female xlr connectors w a short piece of cable on them to screw down the phoenix blocks. You will obviously want it long enough to not have weight/strain on the phoenix connectors. And welcome to the forums. Bruce
