JAG3232 Posted May 17, 2017 Share Posted May 17, 2017 (edited) My one week old Klipsch RSB-11 will not power on. They were working fine, then they would not work with Netflix, tried the factory reset and now they don't power on at all. I unplugged all the cables and power cords for 25 minutes, re attached everything and only the sub woofer powers up. Trying to find help on this website is not easy. calhockey10 Posted May 17, 2017 Share Posted May 17, 2017 where did you purchase it from if it doesn't work can't you just take it back for a new one. I had a sony receiver I got as a present and it had issues within the first week took it back and got the Yamaha I wanted. If it doesn't work should be able to take it back and get another RSB-11. JAG3232 Posted May 17, 2017 Author Share Posted May 17, 2017 (edited) I have the hdmi output/tv going to my Sony tv hdmi ARC3, hdmi 1 going to the tv hdmi 4. It worked fine for a week, then no sound when watching Netflix so I did the factory reset and now it won't power on at all.
