HornEd Posted October 2, 2002 Share Posted October 2, 2002 Justin, It seems that the technology launched by the Canadian company that builds the Fury vacs is becoming the dominant approach by most manufacturers including Hoover. Fury is relatively light weight, not very expensive and does a better job than most. They use a vortex approach that leaves the dirt in a plastic cylindar that is easily emptied. Also, they have a HEPA filter that traps even particles smaller than smoke... and that is great for keeping the environment clean for your Klipsch. Based on the experience I had, several others have bought them... and all have been satisfied. You can even find them at K-Mart. Ostensibly, the new models of other firms based on such twin-vortex and HEPA filter technologies are worthy of consideration.
