Klipsch Support tickets

Hi

 

I opened a ticket at the Klipsch Support page over a week ago (24/01-19). I still haven't gotten any answer. Does it normally take this long or should I do something about it?

They claim they will contact you within 7 business days, it has been 6 days so far. Good luck.
