space_cowboy
I'm looking to try some RS3's as rear surrounds as my listening area is kinda narrow and I need to free up some floor space. So, just thinking my 20's and C7 might be too much for the RS3's although only in my home only I can decide that. But wondering if anyone has run into a similar situation. I'm sure I could upgrade to RS7's if need be, but size and cost are a concern also. Going to a local authorized dealer Saturday and will probably get the RS3's and see what happens. If KSP-S6's weren't so hard to find, (and getting kinda old) I might consider that if in exceptional condition. Oh well, I'm rambling......... sunbeam64
The WDST benifits of the RS series may not be the best choice for rear surrounds in a narrow application. From what I understand alot of rear surrounds are relatively close together and a more directional speaker/s are more appropriate.
