Windstorm
I have the pioneer 16X DVD. It rocks Got it for $116 (CDN) after it first came out. Now its $160 hehe To buy parts, find a wholesale reseller near you, then get a vendor permit. I have a vendor permit in Ontario and I can buy from wholesalers and I'm PST exempt.. I don't know if Quebec has the same setup, but if you look into it, you can save a lot of cash. Also then you can sell parts to your friends. I can buy 128PC133 right now for $60 + GST... ------------------ Caring is the first step toward disappointment.
Seb
hey, that's intereseting... although i have no clue where i could find a wholesale outfit near me... hey, Windstorm, do you know of any good Canadian website for buying PC parts, or at least sites that ship to Canada and have really good prices or are exempt from duty and tax or either... getting desperate here. Windstorm
No, I don't usually buy stuff online... There is one site in Ottawa you can try, oemexpress.com, but I don't know if they ship, and they are not THAT cheap... I usually buy from local distributors cause it's cheaper. You might be able to find them in the yellow pages, also some computer stores have lower prices for resellers, which you can get if you have a vendor permit. ------------------ Caring is the first step toward disappointment.
