Geoff
I just got my 4.1's today and hooked them up but they won't power up. After pushing the power button I get no indicator light whatsoever on the satallite, no sound from anything, and no heat from the sub. I've tried various outlets but to know aval, and I've triple checked all the connections. It's like there is no power going to the sub, maybe a bad power cord or power supply? I run a Soundblaster Live and it works fine with my other speaks. I think it's a power supply issue in the sub. Any suggestions? I'd hate to have to send these puppies back. Thanks for any help. SteveDeBeave
I had the same problem with my new set. I had to ship them back and wait for a replacement set, which I just got today. You will have to get in touch with Klipsch Promedia returns department. They will give you all the information you need to get another set. They must have made a bad batch of these in the factory. fatathaland
go to comp usa, buy some 4.1's, and then the next day return the ones that didn't work and describe the problem. All of the speakers end up back at klipsch anyhow. ------------------
The Rocker
That's exactly what I would do. A fast(and sneeky eheheeheheh!) solution to the problem. Who wants to wait for shipping?ROCK ON!s>
