Dave69 Posted July 3, 2023 Share Posted July 3, 2023 I'm having a pair of KG 4.2' s crossovers redone at Crites Speakers. I was cleaning off the woofers and noticed an issue. Now I bought these new in the box back in the early 90's from a audio store called Sound Advice. Issue I noticed is the 2 woofers aren't a matching set. One has a K-1005-K in it, the other has a K-1001-K in it. The 05 is the correct part for the 4.2, the 1001 of for a 5.2. I've searched but haven't been able to find a K-1005-K. Should I buy the 1001 and tell Crites? They haven't started on them yet, I just mailed the parts in. Or keep looking for a 1001? Any advice would be appreciated.
