I purchased because I’m a big fan of the stereo speakers which I own several. A couple years ago my Vizio TV got zapped. I have surge protectors and all that, didn't bother putting in a claim. Also our power for the most part is terrible at time with fluxuations up and down (terrible for electronics). Check eBay, a lot of times people are selling the soundbars only. Did you contact Klipsch to see about options?
