Dedicated Home Theater Room Help

Friends,

I am not a highly technical guy, so a lot of home theater talk goes over my head.  But I need your expertise before purchasing my system.  I have a 16' x 22' dedicated rectangle shaped home theater room prewired for 7.2.  Entry is at back corner of the room and the screen will be 22' from you on the front wall.  The front 13ft of floor nearest the screen is 1 ft lower than the rear 9' of floor... to accommodate (2) rows of stadium seating.  The front, center, and (2) subs are prewired at the front.  The rear speakers are prewired for in-ceiling speakers and are approximately 2.5' from the back wall and above the ceiling.  The side speaker wires are approximately 13ft down each sidewall from the front and are approximately 5' off the floor and behind the sheetrock.  Pre-wired for a projector is in the ceiling approximately 14 feet from front screen wall and above the sheetrock.  All pre-wire is 16-gauge speaker wire.

All I have is a pair of new Klipsch R-26F speakers that I bought at an HH Greg going out of business sale for dirt cheap 6 years ago, and I'm not even sure if they are sufficient to incorporate into my home theater system.  If I can use them that would be great.

I am looking for recommendations to complete this room.  I must stay within my DIY budget of $7000 for the entire home theater system. This includes projector, screen, receiver and speakers.  I lost the best part of my hearing in Afghanistan, so I will be satisfied with an affordable great sound!  I have (4) Klipsch in-ceiling speakers in my living room for my stereo and they sound wonderful... so impressed that I would prefer to stay with Klipsch speakers.  I am a novice, so if refurbished works I don't mind as long as they sound great.

For the projector and screen, I have two 6x6 windows with blackout curtains.  I am not picky as long as I get more bang for my buck, and it works with my receiver and makes me feel like I am in a theater.

I certainly appreciate any and all help!

Wuzzer,

I wasn't sure how a rear ceiling speakers would work as rear surrounds.  Are you recommending that my rear in-ceiling surrounds become rear atmos speakers and my side surrounds function as my rear surrounds.  I have attached a sketch for your review.  I can wire and add new floor standing rear surrounds.
