SPL 100 Cable hook up

Audio newbie:    I am just received the klipsch spl 100 subwoofer and subwoofer cable from Crutchfield.   My Onkio sub output is for two outputs and the subwoofer has two inputs.   I just received one cable.   Confused?

Just connect the cable to either output on the receiver and the LFE input on the sub.

no joy?   onkio-SR373.   Tried both outputs.      I know the power to sub is on.   Connected the sub cable to LFE.  Also connected to the sub cable to a splitter and connected the sub both to red and white.   Fiddled with the toggles in every combination.   No Joy?

What source(s) are you listening to?  Are your main speakers set to Small or Large?

Thanks, I got it.   I forgot I had to go into the menu and tell the receiver "Yes" there is a sub.   🤔.
