Would front porting the speakers increase the amount of bass I would experience?????? Of course I would block the rear port. Ramswaroop Posted February 1, 2003 Share Posted February 1, 2003 Hi, I would not do that. The speakers (hopefully) were designed for a rear port. You have to figure out a way to keep them open, and dont keep them parallel (as you have done in the figure) to each other, keep them slightly inclined to each other facing inwards.
