Jw_Leonhart
Hey, just curious about something. I bought the 5 pair of the Klipsch Quintet speaker system and the front left speaker doesn't work. Now these were all floor standing models and the guy said once they leave the store they carry a 5-year warranty. I am curious if I would just be better off with returning them all and getting a new pair or if I wouldn't be allowed to do that. Thank you. Jabez Scratch
I own the Quintets too, but have never had this (or any) problems w/ the system. I would just return the whole package to the store where you purchased it, and request a brand new package. With your warranty, you should be fine. Good luck. ShapeShifter
Does the right speaker work? Have you have tried switching the left & right speakers? If so, and that same speaker still doesn't work on the right channel, I would return the set for replacement. Switching them ensures that you don't have a problem with the left channel output of your receiver or amp.
Jw_Leonhart
Sorry I forgot to include that also it was bought from The Wiz which just got bought out by a liquidator. So basically any sale there is final, and I love Klipsch so much that I bought the floor models. So aside from all sales being final at the store, I am wondering if Klipsch would take back the set for a whole new pair? Any suggestion besides that? Oh, and the speaker is broken. The Tweeter on it works, but the 3" Mid is broken.
