dodger Posted March 28, 2003 Share Posted March 28, 2003 Hello: I have 2 pair of LaScalas. Both date back to the mid '70s. The first pair I ordered came with the black # 17 Grille cloth from the very top to the very bottom of the 2 speakers. I have been told that only a few pair were made like this, most have only the mid and the tweeter covered. Anyone else shed some light on this? I did not order anything special. They are raw birch.
