dgauthier Posted March 31, 2003 Share Posted March 31, 2003 Hi. New here, looking for a bit of a quick answer if possible. I just bought a pair of RF3's or RF3 II's (I'm not sure). I think, since they were floor models out of the box I may have been misled. They didn't have the original packaging. In short, I called Klipsch and they couldn't verify which they were from the serial number, and I hope someone out there with the same can help. On the back of the speaker, the serial number starts with: RF3BK--0007#### I know how to calculate the date up to the year 2000 from investigating the forum, but I understand the RF3's were made up until 2001. So calculating is inconculsive. I'm wondering if someone out there with RF3 II's has the serial number with the RF3IIBK--###### or similar to identify.
