kevin26187 Posted May 3, 2001 Share Posted May 3, 2001 just got my promedia 4.1 and for the fist 2 days sounded excellent using sound blaster live x-gamer card.... when i got in from work and booted the computer the sounded good for a few minutes and then they started hissing and crackling and sounds terribl....I've never pushed these speakers . thought one quarter to half was plenty felt the sub and it was very hot to the touch this isnt normal and should i send them back?????????????? ------------------ kevin cormack Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Only a few of us posting here have the promedias (unfortunately I'm not one yet) and more HT people frequent this section of the boards.
