kraemer
I'm using 2 cornwall II's as my main speakers in my home theater. Would a klipsch SW 8 provide me with more base, and does this sub match well with the cornwalls? Thanks. Nate
Frzninvt
Will the SW-8 provide you more bass - Yes, but is it a good match with the Cornwalls I would say No, it is too small to keep up with the Cornwalls. At an absolute minimum I would use a 15" subwoofer with the Cornwalls. Most people find that the Cornwalls have plenty of bass and normally for two channel listening a subwoofer would not be required. So if you are compelled to add a subwoofer I would certainly choose a bigger one. An RSW-15 or KSW-15 would work well if you want to have a Klipsch subwoofer. There are a bunch of excellent subs out there see which one sounds best to you.
