erdric
I'm moving soon and I need to switch my side surrounds from a pair of Kg-3's back to my SS-1's. This new room will only allow me to place the ss-1's high on the wall, about 4" from the 8' ceiling. Will aiming the speaker at the listening position counteract the fact that the speakers will be too high on the wall? Should I aim the speaker directly at the sweet spot or should I aim it 2' above? The logic being that if the speaker was physically 2'above the listening position and flush with the wall it would be shooting straight across at a height 2' above the sweet spot. Should I worry about reflections off of the ceiling? Thanks for any help.
