Mechanic
I own a pair of Cornwall's,Ser#'s 8438531 and 32 from 1984 vintage.I was wondering if anyone knows what drivers were used in them.I removed the back to find out only to find the numbers written ink and smudged.I think the tweeter reads K77M and woofer K33E(square magnet)but the mid horn is unreadable.I was expecting to see a nice Klipsh sticker on each of them like some of the pictures I've seen in this group. This looks kinda cheap-But they still sound great. Any thoughts on what driver these are? TIA ------------------ Cornwalls til I die
djk
You have an interim Cornwall. The mid is from a Cornwall II and is either a K52 threaded onto a K600 or a one piece K57.
