1st Pair of Klipsch for me

Hello all.

Recently I ordered a Denon 3803 and I am expecting to get it in a week from the store I purchased it. At that time I am thinking of upgrading my speakers from JBL Northridge series to Klipsch 25's or 35's and I am just wondering if the difference between the 25's and the 35's is that great? Should I save some money and go with the 25's or is it worth the money to go to 35's. I wish I could afford the 5's or 7's but I would be waiting a couple of years for that and since the store I am going to purchase from has a trade up policy I probably will end up owning the 7's or their replacements in a few years.

Thanks in advance.

A general rule of thumb is to try and get the best speaker you can afford. A few of us got to hear a complete Reference 35 setup last weekend at Klipsch, and they are indeed impressive. I would be inclined to say that it would be worth it to get the bigger speakers if you can swing it (35's over 25's). In the long run, I think you will be happier. Those '35s will be a huge step up from the JBL Northridge stuff you currently have.
