Marvel
So would $200 for a pair of JBL 2482 drivers, horns and a couple of other pieces seems like a good price? Don't know if the drivers need new diaphragms or not. Marvel
TBrennan
The 2482s are 2" throats right? I think you can put aluminum or titanium diaphragms in them and have 2440-2445 type drivers. And if the phenolics are intact they'll be most excellent mid drivers. Oh yes, they're worth $200 easily. Yes indeed.
ZAKO
The pin centering positions are different on the diaphram mounting ring of 2483. & will not seat. RADIAN makes a special aluminum diaphram pin compatible unit. (model 1282) It has greater output above 5-K HZ.
