AsahiToro
Has anyone tried this combo? Will one SWS augment the bass sufficiently or will I need two to make a worthwhile impact? Thanks for any input, Scott

pinipig523
can you give us a link to the swans? i am not very familiar with the system - but if i (or others) see the specs, we can give you a better answer.
InnovaZero
Don't bother, people(& Audiophiles) have been trying for a long time to match the swans with a subwoofer, even with Hi-Fi subs. It just doesn't work...they don't get along and often have trouble blending well. Trust me, its a lost cause that nobody can figure out. AsahiToro
Thanks for the replies everyone, Here's a link to the Swans: http://www.swanspeaker.com/mul/htm/m200.htm I think I'm going to give it a try. For around $400ish I can have a jammin' 2.1 setup. I'm only interested in music and the setup will be through a G4(soon to be G5). My main goal is a pair of Legacy Studios and a separate 2 channel amp but that will cost a lot more($1500+) and I can't spend that much now(wife will kill me). This Swan/SWS setup may sound very good for a lot less. I know the Swans sound good and if the SWS isn't worth it or I can't match it, I'll just sell it or use it in another room. Thanks again.
