darrellred
Help- After a year of flawless performance, my KSW-12 blows fuses. I read a previous post about putting in a 1.5A Slow Blow fuse. is that O.K. even though a 1.2A fuse is recomended. I bought the unit second hand so I have no warranty. I have read a few post about this problem, does anyone know what the repair cost might run? Replaced fuse with a 1.5A slo blo same result. Has anyone else had this problem and if so what was the cure and about how much did it cost? darrellred
Well, I went ahead and replaced the fuse with a 1.5A slow blow and same result - blown fuse. Has anyone else had this problem and if so what was the fix ie. item / component bad and associated cost. Thanks Darrell

Klipsch-daddy
Sometimes that is what happens when you get a 2nd shelf product. i believe my ksw-12 has a 5 year warrenty.. sorry this has happen to you. i hear of a bunch of people buying products that are not as the same quality as getting it from a dealer you can actually back.. some things are ok to buy, but i would not want to ship a 50+ lbs sub back to the place i bought it from to get it fixed. ------------------ My HTS: KSB 3.1 FRONTS QUINTETS REAR KSW-12 PINANNCLE WIDESCREEN CTR TOSHIBA THEATER VIEW 50" KENWOOD VR-4080B SONY S-360 DVD PLAYER
