cpudoctor23 Posted December 22, 2003 Share Posted December 22, 2003 I have the Promedia Ultra 5.1 system, connected through a Creative Sound Blaster Extigy, my TV has optical out, I connected it to the Extigy with an optical cable but no sound from the speakers. Do I have to go to the subwoofer directly? Any suggestions? The TV I have is a Panasonic PV-DM2799. I don't have the manual for the TV anymore and I couldn't find it on the internet, and the Klipsch owner's manual didnt have much either....thanks for all the help. GooseChaser Posted December 22, 2003 Share Posted December 22, 2003 Go to the Sound Mixer and unmute S/PDIF-In if you haven't already. Also, make sure the optical out on the TV is enabled.
