Polski5174
This is my first posting so I hope that is am doing this correctly. I just obtained a pair of KG-4s. The units sound great but I noticed that the center domes on the passive radiators are pushed in. Does this affect the performance of the speaker? If so do I need to replace the speakers, of can I go into them and push the domes back out. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks ------------------
myram
The dust cap does nothing for the sound of the radiator. But for appearance purposes, you can take a vacuum and put it on the pushed in cap and turn the vacuum on and suck it back to normal. JohnA
Sometimes tape can also be used to pull out a dustcap, too. However, unless it just killing you, I'd leave it alone; it doesn't bother the sound of a passive radiator. John
