In case you are wondering why I want something like this it's so I can mount one on each end of my cornerdesk. I'm not really sure about the shape works for u or not but they do have similar shape to that as I could remember. michael hurd Posted January 15, 2004 Share Posted January 15, 2004 What about canniballizing some clamp on desk lights that have arms like that that swivel at the base and have two parallel arms and a knee type joint? I am sure you can make someting work for you a lot less than that. You could also try a company that deals with material handling ( warehouse fixtures ) as loading docks usually have a halogen lamp on an arm system like that so that it can be positioned to aim inside of a reefer or dry van trailer when loading/unloading pallets with a fork truck. CO1 Posted January 16, 2004 Author Share Posted January 16, 2004 The desk lamp idea is a good one but I don't know if they would hold an RSX-5 because the ones I have seen can barely hold the lamp.
