elan120 Posted February 2, 2004 Share Posted February 2, 2004 Hi guys, I am new to Klipsch speakers, and a friend of mine asked me about this pair on e-bay: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=3075385514&category=14993 Since I don't have a lot of knowledge with Klipsch speakers, I am hoping you guys could provide more in-depth views on what would you consider to be an good choice. What do you think? Is this a good pair? Any thing I should be watching for? If this isn't a good choice, what else? Any suggestions are appreciated. If you can drive to them $1000 to $1100 would be within reason. Shipping on Lascalas is expensive. Sometimes it is better to lay back and wait for a closer pair. Just let us know here when you are bidding. It will stop a lot of in house competition. Lascalas are wonderful speakers! Second only to the Klipschorn in sound but can be a problem with WAF with their open horns without grills. Good luck in your search.
