thomas_c Posted February 3, 2004 Share Posted February 3, 2004 Hi, I have a Harman/Kardon avr125 receiver and can't decide between Klipsch RF/RC 35's or 25's. I thought those speakers may need a better receiver to drive them and was wondering if avr125 will be a good match for the speakers. Should I choose 35's or 25's? richr8 Posted February 3, 2004 Share Posted February 3, 2004 I originally bought 25s, exchanged them for 35s and I am very pleased. If you can afford the 35s, buy them. If you can afford 75s, buy them. Your best bet is to listen to them side by side and decide for yourself. I saw a significant difference in the 35s. Enough to convince me to spend the extra money. Fish Posted February 4, 2004 Share Posted February 4, 2004 The Klipsch are really a good choice with your 125,its not super powerful but does sound nice(I have one).The 55/45 watts per ch will sound like a lot more with the highly eff.Klipsch.The 35's would be nice with the 125.
