spacelord2002
All four grille corners are starting to pull away from the center section which is still flat against the face. The Cornwall grilles are large so what do I do to flatten them out again? Is the board itself starting to warp? Dave
HDBRbuilder
Pull the grille panels off the motorboard of the speaker...they are held on by velcro tabs. Take an iron set to high heat and iron the BACK side of the grille panels, but NOT the grille cloth...this should dry out the back side fo the panels, which are masonite or cardboard...and can absorb moisture from the air and begin to curl. Now apply more and larger velcro strips to the grille cloth panels and the motorboard wherever they were trying to curl back before...and stick them back on. Pretty simple! spacelord2002
Thanks, I figured it would be something simple.
