just_me_the_dude
Has anyone here bi-amped the rf3II with receiver on the highs and outboard amp for the lows? Any inputs? Thanks
jzoz01
I bought an adom amp with just that intention, but never ending up hooking it up that way. The rf3s don't really require enough power to make that nescessary. Just amp them with the external amp and you'll be more than happy. Pistol Pete
No but you could tame the harsher upper end at high volumes....I love my RF-3IIs but at loud volumes they tend to get harsh...I have some Parasound amps and have considered trying to bi-amp them for abit. An amp with a seperate gain control for the upper end would be ideal though.
