Grateful11
Anyone else see the 20th Century Masters Music DVDs in todays Best Buy ad. They seem really cheap, $4.99. I was returning a new DVD that was damaged during shipping at Best Buy and I asked a guy that's been there like forever where they were and he said they would be available Tues. He said he has been waiting for the Moody Blues DVD for himself. I asked if it was possible to rip them for use in my car CD player and he said they had copy protection on music DVDs, is this true? I did a quick search and a news article popped up from cnn about their release. Anyone know as to what format that music DVDs are in and if there is a way to rip them? I also went to: Universal Music Enterprises and there a bunch of these available. mineral
well at best guess they could be 1 of 2 audio formats. 1) being DTS tracks, or 2) AC-3 tracks which is often what you find your dvd movie audio tracks in.
mineral
and i know you can convert ac-3 to wav files, which is essentially the audio format on regular cds. don't know about dts, tho i'm sure it's do-able.
