elgrillo
I have moved my room around a bit, where I used to have my RC7 on the top of my TV with the screws out to angle the RC7 down, but and now I can't get them to be flush. They screw down to to about 1 inch in, but then they seem to be coiling themselves around somethig, and I can't get them all the way down. What could the problem be? steelie
I didn't think those screws were meant to be screwed in flush but I could be wrong. If you've got them down to about an inch that's more than I've ever been able to do.
BBB
Maybe I don't understand but if you want the RC-7 to lay flat why don't you just remove the feet. That's what I did.
elgrillo
I did remove them to make them flat, but I was actually able to get one of them all the way down flush, but not the other. I then removed the flush screw thinking the other screw was messed up, but now I can't get either to go down flush. Anyone from Klipsch know what may be wrong? GRCRYSTYK
elgrillo,... What you have happening is the "fill" inside the spaeker, is wrapping around the screw as you turn it in. Thats screw is quite long. Great if you need it out that far, but a pain if you want it all the way it, or just short of that. You may want to create your own feet, buying a pair of shorter screws, and attaching some small rubber caps or similar for protection. elgrillo
So is this normal, or are they supposed to be able to move down? I am actually using a small piece of foam underneath the center, but would have preffered to just keep the feet. AAAAH why are my RF7's falling apart....... GRCRYSTYK
The speakers earen't falling apart. You just have a little glitch there. I have the same issue. Just work with it a little, and get yorself some shorter screws if you need to. Once you get it set where you want it, your good to go,.... >>>--->
