DecibleLvr Posted February 29, 2004 Share Posted February 29, 2004 How can you tell if the driver is bad in your sub or some other issue that must be checked? At low volume (25%-35%) the sub sounds fine,but if you turn it up to moderate levels(50%-60%) the driver "farts out" (not just occasionaly,at every beat) or at least I think it is the driver.Is it possible for the driver to be blown with this symptom, or do I need to look elsewhere. Kartracer77 Posted March 1, 2004 Share Posted March 1, 2004 place your hand on the back panel of the speaker and turn up the volumne unti you get the bad sound, the apply some pressure against the panel.
