JLL Posted April 1, 2004 Share Posted April 1, 2004 I went to a dealer here in rochester NY to listen to the new line of klipsch subwoofers RW series. Well in one room they had the new paradigm signature series floorstanders that sell for 5500 dollars hooked up to all Macintosh amp and preamps. They also had the RB-35's hooked up to a denon receiver. Fellow klipschers I kid you not I would take the RB-35's over the new paradigms in a heartbeat. The paradigms sounded terrible compared to klipsch. The klipsch had everything over the paradigms, more clear, open, dynamic, tight, less boxy and live sounding. Once again my respect for klipsch grows each time I hear a much more expensive speaker getting blown away by a much less expensive klipsch speaker which was also handicapped by the denon avr 3803.
