Great baseball movie....great special featrure about making of movie.... Also the Commentary of Billy Crystal...was very good.... Look at your local Dollar General... picky Posted November 1, 2004 Share Posted November 1, 2004 Just a bit of nickel-knowledge: I believe this film as actually filmed in Detroit's now-mothballed, Tiger Stadium, right after the Tigers had vacated the old ball yard to move to their current home at Comerica Park.
