Tom Adams Posted November 1, 2004 Share Posted November 1, 2004 A guy on a business trip discovers this restaurant in Mexico that serves mountain oysters and he decides to try them. To his surprise theyre the best hes ever eaten. The flavor & texture is outstanding. In fact, he brags to his fellow co-workers about it. A couple months later he returns to Mexico for business and goes to the same restaurant. Again, he orders the mountain oysters and they are once again great. A little on the small side, but nonetheless tender, juicy, and flavorful. At the end of his meal the waiter asks if theres anything else he can get the man. The man replies no, but he did have one question. When he ate there the first time, he got 2 big mountain oysters and this time he got 4 some what smaller ones.
