BTW: Just thought I would share with ya! I'm going to install a pair of L-pads on a nearby friend's K-horns today. I swear I can't hear any problem of any kind, but they really do make it very easy to very finely tune the midrange output. If these don't work for him, Bob C. also shared with me what looks like a very well done approach using the autoformer -- as you know, essentially a greater number of secondary taps and combinations for varying degrees of attenuation. A great Idea. what's nice is that there are a number of approaches from which to choose for this, so if one way doesn't work out for whatever reason, something else can be tried.
