BobG or RC7 owners - need some clarification please on RC7's

Well, I'm parting with my RB5's. Trading those bad boys in on a pair of RC7's.

I'm wondering about those 'holes' for the tilting legs.

Where are they exactly? In the wood or along the front 'edge' where the drivers are mounted?

How many are there, and how big around are they?

Any ideas for plugging these things?

There are two holes in the cabinet for the legs. They are on the panel that would normally be the bottom. They're pretty much right smack in the middle of the wood as far as trying to hide them goes. There are two T-nuts in the cabinet to accept the threaded tilt legs. The T-nuts will accept any 1/4-20 threads so if you want to plug them with something, that is what you need. You could also place two of the rubber bump-on's over the holes, but they would look really tacky hanging on the side when you stand it up as an LCR.

Let us know what you think of them as mains once you have had the chance to do some listening. I think you'll be very pleased.

Hi

The holes are not that big,If you didnt look for them

you wouldn't know they were there. If they bother you

you can go to your local hardware store and purchace

some small wood plugs or a piece of dowel rod the

same diameter as the holes.Paint them black put them in and your all done
