I bought them for 300 euro (240 usd)15 years ago . 10 years ago i have cleand them up because they had carped glued on them. they are all in plain wood. Now i would like to change what is broken in the la scala,s ....the woofers. and for the cornwall,s the grills. what would be a realistic budged? and has anyone ever try to integrate them (one off the two sets) in a home cinema system ? thx
3dzapper
Here come da Judge!! Welcome to the forum! You will either have to make the Cornwall grills yourself or have a woodworker make them for you. K-33 woofers show up on ebay all the time. Find out if a seller will ship them to Europe. Klipsch products go through their distributors and are much more expensive there as here in America. There is a member of the forum. Bob Crites, BEC here on the forum, who sells K-33s. Look for one of his postings and hit the message member button on the right top of his post and ask him about Europe. K-33 woofers are about $130 (E100) here. fini
Judge, Something seems goofy with that serial number. Check again, please, and see if there is a letter in there somewhere, or that the digits are correct (like, is the 5 actually an "S"?). Are you really a judge? How was my answer?
