tkot Posted January 11, 2005 Share Posted January 11, 2005 in an effort to do a center that matches the cornwalls im thinking of building a custom cab the will use 2/ k-22 woofers and a k-55 mid driver with a k-77 what horn should i use with the k-55 ? the one from the cornwall or should i use a khorn or belle horn?? and dean, if this happens can you do a network for this combo?? jay Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

TBrennan Posted January 12, 2005 Share Posted January 12, 2005 tkot---Depends on what frequncy you're gonna crossover from woof to mid at. If you're going to cross at, what 600hz (?), like the Cornwall use the horn it uses or one that's good down that low. Horns need to be bigger as they go lower you see, that's why the horn used in the Khorn is larger than that in the Cornwall; because the crossover is at 400hz.
