tahoesport Posted February 3, 2005 Share Posted February 3, 2005 Hope someone can help with some advice...have a pair of Klipsch SF-2s and one will cut off and put receiver into overload when music turns to bass...have tried 3 different receivers and have looked inside and all wiring seems to be secure and in place...has anyone heard of any known issues with these speakers or a control board problem? any help will be greatly appreciated..thanks! Guest BobG Posted February 4, 2005 Share Posted February 4, 2005 Probably tried this already, but have you checked to confirm that the speaker wire on that channel is not crimped, pinched or otherwise partially shorting. The symptoms you describe lead me to think so. Try new speaker wire on that channel or swap the speaker wires left for right. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
