SilverSport Posted February 24, 2005 Share Posted February 24, 2005 I have 2 sets of Heresys...I have opened the backs on both and the older ones have the E2 crossovers...interestingly, to me anyway is the 3 year newer Heresys I have contain the "E" crossovers...both should be original to their speakers...1978s and 1981s... Tom Adams Posted February 25, 2005 Share Posted February 25, 2005 Hey Bill - I've got the same situation. Two pairs of Heresy I's - one with an E and one with an E2 crossover. As you've noticed, the drivers are different and that's reason for the different crossovers. BTW, had I not started my re-finishing job on my Heresy's, I would've been tempted to ask you if you wanted to swap a pair so you & I had two matching sets of either E or E2 crossover Heresy's.
