Richardd
Need help! As I posted the other day - I received my KSW 12 and am having trouble getting it to put out. I've got it connected to my Yamaha 5250 via the subwoofer line out terminal to the line in at the sub(with the Y adapter). I get the green light on the sub but am getting no output. I set my center, main, rear speakers to small and have tried the "bass out" as both "SW" and "both" but I get nothing from the sub. I am trying to use it for both HT and audio. Have made sure the DVD audio is set for 5.1 digital but nothing. Any other suggestions?
boa12
richardd, sorry if obvious, but is the output knob on the back of the sub turned up?
Richardd
full bore. I've tried all levels of volume - setting of 0 and 180- 70-100 cutout setting. If the fuse was bad would the green light be on? Can't imagine it would come bad from the factory would it?

JJT
richardd, their should be a level setup for subwoofer on your receiver. I have an older Yamaha rx. and the rx. sub level control ranges from -20db to 0db in 1db increments. You might want to give it a shot if you already haven't.
