lorcoll
I have seen, in an italian forum, a guy that sell a pair of Cornwall (the year is 1993) and I need to know if those use the K-77M, K55M and K-33E drivers. Thanks. Lorenzo.
Frzninvt
Cornwall production ended in 1990 with the Cornwall II, there is no such thing as a 1993 Cornwall. The Chorus took over after that, then the Chorus II the Chorus II was being built in the 1993 timeframe. The last incarnation of the Cornwall the II had a K-34E woofer, K-57K Midrange and a K-79K tweeter if I am not mistaken. The K-34 woofer was identical to the K-33 in performance and specs but the paper lip around it was smaller and finished as it was designed to be mounted to the front of the motorboard not behind it like older Cornwall's. The K-57 and K-79 offered extended range and a smoother response over the K-55/K-77 combinations.
lorcoll
Thanks Frzninvt, I needed that because I would build a Cornscala (BEC) and I wanted know if I can use my modified type AA network for that drivers (but I think the K-57 and K-59 are different beasts respect to the K-77 and K-55).
