Corvette6769
Just as the 1967 Corvette 427 tri-power is considered by most to be the king of all Corvettes, is there a consensus here that Klipsch speakers produced during certain years are more desirable and were made of higher quality better sounding original components (solid wood, metal horns, better crossover networks, bigger/better drivers, and etc.)? If so, what are considered to be the best years for the Heresy, Forte, Chorus, Cornwall, La Scala, Belle, and Klipschorn?
Frzninvt
All very subjective, everyone has their favorites. To me it's all good! HDBRBuilder (Andy - ex Klipsch employee) posted once on the years that he considered the best building years you would have to use the forum search feature for that. It also depends on which particular Klipsch speaker that you are interested in, then the best combination of drivers and networks can be suggested. stormin
Hi Corvette, Your recent acquisition of those chorus II's was a great score. I have owned just about every year of chorus II's made and i find them all to be great. Enjoy!
