4977 Posted September 17, 2001 Share Posted September 17, 2001 I think they are very good speakers. I had a pair and they sounded very good with a yamaha receiver. I think that they were discontinued when the Synergy line was introduced. I sold my pair for $400.00 on ebay. I have seen other people get up to $500.00. T2K Posted September 18, 2001 Share Posted September 18, 2001 John, yeah they are good speakers.I've got a pair I've had since '95.The two 10's give good bass.The KG5.5's preceded the Legend's and are similar to the KLF-10's. The speakers will sound even better in you can get away from them(as is the case with most horn speakers).A pair in excellant condition with good grille's($96pr.) should bring $400.They'll sound better the less you pay for them.If you get ready for another pair(black oak)let me know.
