DaveJ
Is there a process for upgrading your 4.1's to the new 5.1s. I live in the middle of nowhere and ordered the original 4.0's through Klipsch and also got my upgrade to 4.1 from them. Thanks.
justin_tx_16
there is no real way to upgrade form teh original v2.400's to teh 4.1 because of a new crossover in the sub housed amp. i will assume you mean you paid $50US for a CP-1. It is not possible to "upgrade" teh 4.1's, 2.1's, or v2.400's to the 5.1 system. Different amp, different control pod (much different), and more power. the only way to upgrade is to buy a new set, sorry! ------------------ -justin I am an amateur, but if it is professional help you want email Amy or call her toll free: 1-888-554-5665 http://www.fortunecity.com/campus/berry/88/
TheEAR
NOPE The 5.1 six channel amp is located in the sub. This is the main obstacle here. The canter could be added and even the control pod.So the answer is NOPE. Try to sell the 4.1's if you need/want the 5.1's so badly. The 5.1's have more power and better bass, the twin 8" sub drivers deliver the goods like no other PC sub. Btrigg
The most important thing is the bigger sub, and you can't upgrade a sub, you have to replace it.
