Dylanl
I saw a CD/DVD player made by Sony that holds 400 disks plays both CDs and DVDs. Are there any other manufactures that make something similar? I like this idea instead of a 1 tray piece. Thanks for the help
fletcherkane
Pioneer makes one too. I have the Sony 300 Disc CD Player and love it. I am thinking about getting the 400 disc CD/DVD and linking the two. When you have two of these units, one player will cue up the next song when you are in random play mode and start the next track instantly, instead of waiting for the changer to find another song...pretty slick. Dylanl
I was reading some of the reviews and people were complaining about these eating CDs & DVDs. It looks like no one has one that is comparable.
fletcherkane
I've had my Sony for 2 years, and have never had an issue.
picky
I own two Pioneer Elite 300 Disc CD players that I have connected in tandem; no issues with either one in two years of use.

Petrol
what model? I know sony has a new one out that will up-convert DVDs to 720p or 1080i
oscarsear
I owned a Sony 200 and 50 CD carousel players. The 50 CD unit sounded much better to me than the larger unit. The problem with physical jamming of CDs occurs when a big carousel is used out of balance with too few CDs in one packed segment. After loading and on the initial search mode the carousel spins too quickly getting that small selection back to the laser and CD's can spill out. The 50 cd unit didn't have that problem. Dylanl
I guess that spacing them seperatly then is an easy fix. I have heard this works.
