He even went back to the "engineering department" to search for remote codes and said they don't exist anymore What the crap is that? [:@] I am significantly put off by Klipsch now. The company that made these units does not exist anymore, although we tried to get remotes from them for a long time. We cannot take remotes out of entire units because that renders the unit useless. The one for auction was initially purchased by our customer service department and used to assist callers in troubleshooting, and it has been at my desk ever since.
